Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to direct trailer production activities and ensure on-time completion per engineering drawings. Lead a team, manage staffing, and drive safety, quality, and lean manufacturing initiatives on the floor.

You will coordinate with engineering, ME/maintenance, and other supervisors to resolve issues, maintain schedule integrity, and optimize line performance while upholding GMP standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Team Leader Academy graduate or college degree preferred.
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams; strong safety and quality orientation.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define staffing plans and prepare lines for shift start; manage rework and defects.
• Lead safety observations and enforce safety guidelines across the team.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance to meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Manage timecards, attendance, vacations, and performance feedback.
