Zusammenfassung

Lineage is seeking a warehouse associate to compile and maintain shipment records, and direct driver assignments. You will be the primary contact for delivery drivers and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure documentation is completed accurately.

You will verify product counts and enter data into the WMS scheduler, while communicating changes and delays to carriers. The role requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with PPE.

Qualifikationen

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 F/-25 C or up to 100 F/37 C with PPE.
• May be required to lift at least 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Able to work in loud environments.

Aufgaben

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct drivers' assignments, including checking in/out and door assignments.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows, or unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.
