Job summary

Novagard in Cleveland, OH is seeking a dedicated Tote Cleaner for a full-time, 2nd shift role. You will clean totes and press parts, inspect components, and support production safety and quality. Experience in manufacturing is preferred, with strong teamwork and a willingness to follow procedures.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, operate cleaning equipment safely, and use NetSuite for documentation. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with steady evening hours.

Qualifications

• The Tote Cleaner role requires basic math, reading and writing in English, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork are essential to support production operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean silicone totes, tote caps, and press parts per procedures.
• Operate tote cleaning machine safely and ensure proper function.
• Perform visual inspections of totes and press parts during cleaning and prep.
• Inspect tote wheels for proper rotation and functionality.
• Inspect press parts for gasket integrity and proper operation.
• Ensure spouts are securely threaded and installed; change hose sleeves as needed.
• Break down and assemble press parts for cleaning and prep.
• Use NetSuite for documentation and recordkeeping.
• Follow Stop–Call–Wait protocol at all times.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
