The role involves dies repair, CNC operation, and adherence to safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on experience in machining, die repair, welding, grinding, and fabrication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Tool & Die experience preferred.
• Experience with machining, die repair, welding, grinding, and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to stand for duration of shift and move as needed.
• Works well with others and independently.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, develop, and build dies.
• Troubleshoot and address quality concerns in tooling operations.
• Implement engineering and customer changes.
• Repair tooling from bad hits and setups.
• Operate manual and CNC machining equipment.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
