Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate thread rolling machines and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Use measuring instruments to verify part quality.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Monitor machine performance and report safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards.
• Complete production records and transactions accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
