CQ Medical in Toughkenamon, PA, is hiring a 2nd Shift Thermoplastic Technician – Fabrication. This full-time, on-site role runs 4 days per week, 10 hours per day from 3:00pm to 1:30am, working with bonding, gluing, labeling of thermoplastic products for patient positioning devices.

The successful candidate will read and follow safety rules, perform basic math, and maintain attention to detail while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals; basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and quality minded.

Responsabilités

• With direction, ensure accurate and timely production of products.
• Efficiently package and label orders for shipping.
• Adhere to work instructions for bonding, gluing, and packaging of thermoplastic products.
• Inspect products for defects and report issues promptly.
• Prioritize work with urgency based on production planning.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Receive and transfer products through internal software system.
• Generate labels as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
