Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Tester Operator to operate, test, and monitor assigned equipment, ensuring quality and functionality of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The 2nd shift runs 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and the role requires attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and ability to work independently or with a team to meet daily production and quality goals. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tests, analyze results, and identify any defects or issues.
• Observes and conducts operation of equipment and documents maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoots control panels, error lights, and messages to ensure proper equipment function.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
• Verifies equipment data for reporting.
• Ability to interpret, follow and execute testing procedures accurately.
• May communicate with equipment technicians relating to more-complex issues.
• Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels.
• Data entry to CTDI systems via PC and RF handheld devices.
• Maintain and clean, organized workstation.
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
