Job summary

General Dynamics NASSCO in Norfolk, VA is seeking Temp Services Electrician J1-J4 for the 2nd shift (3 pm - 11 pm). The role requires expertise with NAVSEA standards, OSHA regulations, and the ability to read electrical schematics and install temporary service equipment aboard ships and piers.

You will support and train junior electricians, oversee small teams, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to timely project execution on naval and commercial vessels.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and plan temporary service layouts.
• Install temporary service equipment and cabling per NSI requirements.
