Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Lean Team Leader to drive continuous improvement on the factory floor and lead Lean-related activities. The role includes leading MDI board meetings, coordinating overtime, and ensuring safety and quality across production.

You will coach team leaders, communicate across departments, and resolve simple machine, process, or staff issues while upholding EHS standards on site. This is a full-time, on-site position.

  • Ability to perform the job that employees under supervision are also performing.
  • Ability to solve problems, provide feedback, and coach others.
  • Work with limited supervision.
  • Completion of TLDP.

Where is the work: On- Site (5 days)

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $23.00 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
