Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Team Lead IV at the Brooklyn Center South MECC production area. You will lead daily production activities, coordinate staffing by build schedule, and coach operators to ensure quality and safety standards. The role supports equipment setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The onsite position requires 5 days per week, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., with close collaboration with a supervisor to keep production moving safely and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience.
• No minimum education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities in the MECC area, including manufacturing, equipment testing, disassembly, and reassembly.
• Coordinate and prioritize operator assignments based on build schedules and production needs.
• Coach operators and assemblers on production processes and problem-solving techniques.
• Provide technical support, including machinery setup and breakdown.
• Communicate production status, process issues, and operational needs to the supervisor.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are upheld throughout production activities.
• Support training and knowledge sharing across the production team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities that strengthen safety, quality, and production performance.
