Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a progressive manufacturing environment.
• Be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and seek appropriate assistance from Production Manager/Supervisor.
• Ensure safety guidelines are understood and followed at all times.
• Resolve production problems and document issues for discussion with Management, Engineering and Quality.
• Recommend operational changes to Production Manager/Supervisor.
• Identify training and cross-training needs and ensure completion of training records for work cell.
• Review schedule with supervisor and work toward meeting shipment dates while maintaining quality standards.
