Job summary

Quanex is seeking a Team Lead - 2nd Shift in Owatonna, Minnesota. You will be the change agent, developing, communicating and enforcing standard work across the department, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role reports to the Supervisor in their absence and helps drive continuous improvement.

Shift hours are Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2am. We offer a strong total rewards package including bonus potential, 401K with 5% company match, ESPP, disability and life insurance, PTO & holidays,

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Experience training or leading others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads department personnel on the floor and monitors performance levels.
• Leads startup meetings and participates in GEMBA walks.
• Acts as main contact in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Works independently with superior results and drives safety culture.
