Job summary

Quanex is seeking a Distribution Material Handler for the 2nd shift in Owatonna, MN to support the Paint Building. This on-site role ensures efficient receiving, pulling and distribution of components to assemblers to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, scanning receiving documents, unloading trucks, and coordinating with the team to keep production flowing. Requirements include 3+ years shipping/receiving and basic math; SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum of 3 years’ shipping and receiving forklift experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math: addition, subtraction and multiplication.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.

Description

Quanex is looking for a Distribution Material Handler - 2nd shift to join our team located in Owatonna, Minnesota!

The scheduled working hours are Monday - Friday, 3:30pm to 12am.

In this role you are responsible for receiving, pulling, and distributing components to assemblers to produce finished product necessary to fill customer orders.
