Job summary

Caterpillar Lafayette is seeking a Team Lead for 2nd shift (2:30pm–10:30pm, Mon–Fri) in Lafayette, IN. This role drives day-to-day operations, leads a multifunctional team, and coordinates with customers and carriers to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

You will monitor safety, quality, velocity, and cost metrics while guiding change management and training programs. Qualifying candidates demonstrate leadership, warehouse experience, and a safety-first approach.

Qualifications
