G&W Electric Company is seeking a Team Lead II for 2nd shift in Bolingbrook, Illinois. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for assembling products and managing workflow efficiency. You must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide manufacturing employees.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, as well as skills in reading complex drawings and using ERP systems. A comprehensive benefits package is offered along with competitive pay between $23 – $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise and coordinate diverse activities.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
• Must have 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing employees on various processes.
• Assign work and instruct operators on techniques and safety procedures.
• Audit work to ensure quality procedures are followed.
• Assist with evaluating team member performance.
