Job summary

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead daily warehouse activities on the 2nd shift (Friday-Monday, 9:30am-8:00pm) in The Dalles, Oregon. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, supervisory capabilities, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualified candidates will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scanner equipment, AS9100/ISO familiarity, and 3PL exposure. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Always maintain a clean environment
