Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Technician for the 2nd shift in Lafayette, Indiana. You will inspect engine components, document nonconformances, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• React to operations line calls for problematic parts.
• Read Caterpillar prints, understand GD&T, and communicate non-conformances.
• Troubleshoot issues with parts.
• Gage utilization to check part conformance.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work with diverse groups.
