We are seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lebanon, TN team. In this role, you will lead diagnostics and maintain machinery to ensure safety and productivity in the warehouse. In our fast-paced, team-oriented environment, your leadership in projects and departmental training will make you a vital part of the team.

This shift is scheduled from 2:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday-Friday.

What will you be doing?

• Train and Lead: Provide departmental training and mentorship, lead projects, and effectively direct team efforts.
• Prioritize, Plan & Administer Safety Solutions: Follow all safety guidelines, emphasizing Lock-out Tag-out, Fall protection, and OSHA compliance. Detect hazards and organize timely, safe solutions to minimize mechanical downtime.
• Diagnostics & Modifications: Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs on motor control systems. Develop and use Problematic Logic Control for troubleshooting and modifications.
• Embody a Learning Mindset: Participate in and lead training, retraining, and certification of equipment. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Proteus CMMS, mentoring others.
• Electrical Circuit Installation: Design, oversee, and assist in electrical circuit installations.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Experience in facilities maintenance or as a maintenance technician, especially with high-speed conveyor systems.
• Completion of mechanical/electrical training programs; strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Proficiency in diagnosing electrical control issues, including control interfaces.
• Experience repairing Lighting Put & Pick systems and Packaging Systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
