Job Description and Responsibilities

Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for our 2nd Shift. You will work with mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment and assist the maintenance team. Responsibilities include performing electrical and mechanical installations, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, as well as supporting the Department Supervisor. The Team Lead provides oversight and assistance during times when the supervisor is unavailable and during off-shift hours.

Salary Range: $30.00 - $37.00/hour, depending on experience, plus $2.00/hour shift differential

Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays

Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Core Contributions

• Ensure safety of the work area and team, promoting proper safety procedures daily.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to the maintenance team.
• Ensure production meets scheduling requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain preventative maintenance and planned work schedules with the department supervisor.
• Ensure availability of materials needed for daily production.
• Assist in identifying, ordering, and maintaining spare parts to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support to resolve maintenance issues.

Essential Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with computer systems for data tracking, ordering parts, and attendance.
