Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in production.
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly automated can manufacturing environment.
• Background in GMP/FDA standards strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and understanding of automated systems.

• Provide hands-on support by moving between production lines to assist team members as needed

Key Requirements

• Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot highly automated systems
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing production teams
• Background in Food, Chemical, or similarly regulated industries with knowledge of GMP/FDA standards strongly preferred
