National Safety Apparel is seeking Sewing Operators to join a team-based production environment in Cleveland, OH. This hands-on role involves producing quality safety apparel using proper sewing methods, maintaining equipment, and completing production and quality documentation.

New hires through the end of 2026 are eligible for sign-on and retention bonuses totaling up to $1,500; NSA offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand throughout the workday, walk frequently, and work in a plant environment with constant background noise.
• Basic English literacy to read and understand work instructions and communicate effectively in the workplace.

• Schedule:

- 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM; paid 38-minute lunch break

• Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour, plus hourly incentive pay, up to $3.85 per hour
