Job summary

NOVO Health Services seeks a hands-on Soil Supervisor to lead daily soil-side operations, driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. You will work with the Shift Manager to hire, develop, and lead the soil team, enforce SOPs, and meet production goals while minimizing overtime.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of building strong teams with open communication across all levels. Flexible schedule required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong ability to supervise and develop teams.
• Ability to analyze production metrics and improve processes.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals and delivery schedules while minimizing overtime and maintaining quality.
• Oversee plant operations including production, delivery, and maintenance.
• Monitor production and labor metrics using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Develop and implement improved production systems and SOPs.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for the soil team; align with HR.
