McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Production Worker for our second shift in Collegedale, TN. You will operate a high-speed production line, assist with packaging and inspection, and help ensure our snacks are packaged accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality, collaborating with teammates, and following production schedules to meet quotas. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting 20–40 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Place wrapped cakes into cartons and fill cases for shipment.
• Stack cases onto pallets following specified patterns.
• Monitor production to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Follow schedules, troubleshoot issues, and keep area clean.
