Job summary

McKee Foods is hiring a Production Worker on 2nd shift at our Collegedale, TN facility. You will work on a high-speed production line, packaging and inspecting snack cakes, and aiding palletization to ensure efficient shipment.

Key responsibilities include meeting schedules and quality targets, maintaining safety, and collaborating with the team. The role requires endurance, reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 20–40 lb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include: Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping; Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartons; Filling cases with cartons of snack cakes; Arranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patterns; Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets; Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Following production schedules and meeting production quotas.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Pay $19.22 / hour Plus $1.00 / hour shift premium for 2nd shift hours

Schedule 2nd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) (Other hours and days as needed)
