Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Load Team Member w/LTO II to join our Shipping team in Collegedale, TN. The role loads cases of product, operates shipping automation, and maintains a clean, orderly work area to fill distributor orders.

The position requires an LTO license, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and collaboration within a team. Third shift hours include Sunday–Thursday 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with shift premium and comprehensive benefits.

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Load Team Member w/LTO II to join our Shipping team. A Load Team Member w/LTO II loads cases of product to fill distributor orders; operates components of shipping automation; loads and unloads transferred product; maintains a clean and orderly work area, keeps waste to a minimum; and performs other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a McKee Foods LTO license and maintain it
• Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks and functions as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
• Basic math skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management, coworkers, and customers
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to repetitively lift and move up to 40 lbs
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify cause and effect
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Good work ethic, safety practices, and attendance; adherence to company policies, personal safety, food safety, product purity, and departmental procedures
• Steel-toed safety shoes required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist in training and development of others
• Availability to work additional hours and days as needed

• Previous LTO experience
