McKee Foods Corporation in Collegedale, TN is seeking a Load Team Member w/LTO II to join the Shipping team. The role loads cases of product to fulfill distributor orders, operates shipping automation components, and assists in moving product safely.

The position requires physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs, basic math and communication skills, and adherence to safety policies. Shift is 3rd, Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a McKee Foods LTO license and maintain it.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks and functions as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to repetitively lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Good work ethic, safety practices, and attendance; adherence to company policies.
