UNIS is hiring a Forklift Driver in El Paso, TX for a full-time role paying $18.50 per hour. The job involves moving product safely through the warehouse and supporting inventory accuracy and on-time shipments.

You will use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to verify locations and quantities and complete receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and loading tasks. You must have a forklift certification and 1+ years of forklift experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

We're looking for a Forklift Driver to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in safely and efficiently moving product throughout the warehouse while supporting inventory accuracy and on-time customer shipments. Success in this role means operating equipment safely, handling product with care, and completing receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and loading assignments accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll thrive if you take pride in accuracy, equipment care, and contributing to a productive team.

Your Impact:

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, reach, or order-picker forklifts, to move, stage, load, and unload product.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately confirm product, locations, quantities, and task completion.
• Perform required equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance needs, product damage, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies.
• Support inventory accuracy by following proper put-away, picking, staging, loading, and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all PPE, traffic, and warehouse safety requirements.
• Support operational needs across the warehouse and contribute ideas that improve safety, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or transportation environment.
• Forklift/powered industrial truck certification required, with experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach, or order-picker equipment.
• Experience using RF scanners, WMS technology, and other warehouse tools to complete and track assignments.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights using reach trucks or order pickers as required.
• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, equipment care, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, overtime, or extended hours based on operational needs.
