Eaton in Greenwood, SC is hiring a Shipping Technician II on 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday–Friday). The position offers $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift premium and a potential incentive program.

As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will manage daily outbound and inbound logistics, prepare and label shipments, maintain records in AS400 and Vista, operate forklifts, and support inventory control while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift or Pallet Jack Certification OR ability to be trained on hire.
• Must be able to read and interpret shipping documents and schedules.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Execute daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Monitor urgent shipments and prioritize hot orders.
• Prepare, stage, load, and label outbound shipments.
• Create and maintain load sheets, shipment records, and documentation in AS400 and Vista.
• Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate loading times with internal teams and carriers.
• Complete and verify all shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists).
• Receive incoming materials and update inventory records; conduct daily receiving close-out.
• Identify and report shipping or inventory discrepancies; assist with root cause analysis.
