Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM) in Wilmer, TX. You’ll be the first point of contact for drivers, verify paperwork, and assign dock doors for inbound and outbound loads.

You’ll maintain trailer inventory with real-time updates, process bills of lading, reconcile shipments, and keep schedules. Join a team focused on accuracy, service, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Tech-savvy – familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who works well to achieve shift goals.
• Reliable and dependable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet & direct drivers, sign in/out, verify paperwork, and assign dock doors for inbound and outbound loads.
• Maintain trailer inventory with real-time updates on doors and yard reports.
• Coordinate yard moves with spotters to ensure smooth activity.
• Process Bills of Lading and reconcile shipments with packing slips.
• Maintain inbound/outbound schedules and keep reports organized.
• Deliver friendly customer service as the face of the facility.
