Responsibilities

• Greet and direct drivers; verify paperwork and assign dock doors.
• Maintain accurate trailer inventory with real-time updates.
• Coordinate yard moves with spotters to ensure smooth activity.
• Process Bills of Lading and reconcile shipments with packing slips.
• Maintain inbound and outbound schedules and door reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
