Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Arlington, TX. You’ll be the first point of contact for drivers, verify paperwork, and assign dock doors to ensure inbound and outbound shipments move smoothly.

Pay is $19.00 per hour with a $0.50 differential; schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm. You should be organized, detail oriented, and ready to keep operations running efficiently with a strong team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Tech-savvy; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who can collaborate to achieve shift goals.
• Reliable and adaptable, willing to take on additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct drivers; sign in/out, verify paperwork, assign dock doors.
• Maintain real-time trailer inventory and yard reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate yard moves with spotters to keep operations in sync.
• Process Bills of Lading and reconcile shipments with packing slips.
• Keep inbound/outbound schedules and door reports organized.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Identify discrepancies and report to leadership to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with shift management to hit daily goals.
