Job summary

The Technology House, LTD is seeking an Intern/Co-op in Solon, Ohio to assist shipping, receiving, and quality assurance functions. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure on-time delivery of parts and accurate receiving.

Responsibilities include labeling, packing, ERP documentation, and basic inspections. The role supports material handling and learning in a manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow into more responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or shipping/receiving environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience with courier software (FedEx, UPS, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with tow motors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create shipping labels and packing slips using the ERP system and carrier software.
• Manage documentation for customer shipments and carrier-required documents.
• Pick and package shipments to protect customer parts and ensure timely deliveries.
• Read, understand, and execute specific packaging instructions.
• Receive materials and products into the facility and inform relevant parties.
• Track received items in the ERP system and accurately record quantities and details.
• Visually inspect and count parts prior to shipment.
