Job summary

The Diez Group Kansas City (DGKC) is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing operations. This full-time, 2nd shift role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, maintains shipping documentation, and supports inventory control in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with MS Office, and the ability to coordinate personnel and coaching for a small team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Previous shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt and shipment of materials for production and distribution.
• Prepare bills of lading for customer shipments and supplier returns.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and documentation.
• Coordinate manpower and material-handling resources (crane/forklift operators).
• Communicate with customers to ensure inventory needs and shipping schedules are met.
