Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Direct and oversee the flow of packages from preparation to shipment.
• Maintain staffing and shift coverage for the shipping team.
• Produce hourly to monthly production/shipping reports.
• Motivate Shipping Leads/Coordinators and promote teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure proper handling of shipping notices, invoices, and documents.
• Archive shipping records and supervise staff and drivers.
• Provide training and feedback to Shipping Associates for continuous improvement.
• Resolve shipping issues or customer complaints; escalate as needed.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and enforce safety regulations.
