Job summary

Pilgrim in Souderton, PA is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and receiving operations. You will ensure orders are documented correctly, picked completely and loaded on time, coordinating with warehouse management, load planners, carriers and production to keep products moving to customers.

Qualifications

Shipping, logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
Experience with order management or warehouse management systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
Basic computer skills including Excel and Outlook.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
Work with the Supervisor and warehouse management to ensure products are picked and loaded on time.
Generate order pick sheets and transfer information to load diagrams.
Assign work to Pickers using RF scanners and ensure full pick before loading.
Track and update order changes in Order Management and Shop-Floor; notify staff by email.
Compare load diagrams to orders for accuracy.
Run rotation reports in Shop-Floor and communicate changes.
Maintain daily communication with shipping staff, load planners, carriers and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
