Job summary

onsemi is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our Hopewell Junction, NY site. The role focuses on accurate processing, dispatching, and receiving of shipments with attention to detail. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, labeling, documentation, and inventory control.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience, plus valid driver’s license and forklift skills. Proficiency with Oracle EBS, E2Open, and ACE is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Valid US State Driver’s License with clean MV record.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation skills.
• Vehicle document management and adherence to EH&S procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks from carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with proper counting and receiving practices.
• Manage the shipping and storage of rework parts.
