Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Ship/Rec Specialist Level 2 for 1st shift (0600–1430), Monday to Friday. You will manage shipping and receiving to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and material handling procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software to track and document shipments.
• Ability to inspect and verify shipments for quality and compliance with company standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to shipping and receiving activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities to meet production and customer requirements.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and physical inspection.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all shipping and receiving operations.
