New York Air Brake, Riverside, MO, is seeking a Shift Lead. The role is on-site with a day shift initially, then moved to the second shift with a $1.00 per hour differential. The position offers benefits starting day one and overtime opportunities.

The Shift Lead will train on the 1st shift (Mon - Thur 6 AM - 4:30 PM), then will move to the 2nd shift (4:45pm to 3:15am Mon-Thurs) and receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential.
$26-30/hr + differential + overtime

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
The employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be capable of lifting 50 pounds.
1. High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
2. One to Two years of related experience.
