This position requires 1–3 years of sewing experience and a high school diploma or GED. Training is provided, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Basic math skills (fractions).
• Ability to recognize all colors in a normal spectrum.

Aufgaben

• Prepare sewing machines by changing needles and thread and organizing spindles.
• Sew materials under the machine needle according to patterns and specs.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust settings to maintain quality.
• Inspect materials for flaws prior to sewing.
• Check finished products meet quality standards.
• Complete basic preventative maintenance and report issues.
• Follow safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
