Job summary

Nashville Wire Products - McEwen Facility is seeking a Set-Up Maker for the McEwen, TN location on the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:30pm, Mon-Fri). You will prepare and perform set-ups for multiple production machines, ensure quality, and perform minor maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

You will read blueprints, follow safety procedures, and may program CNC equipment as needed while guiding operators and contributing to project teams when requested.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Forklift operating ability and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and performs set-up for production machines.
• Conducts regular quality checks on output.
• Performs minor machine maintenance repairs.
• Reads blueprints and copies prototypes for set-ups.
• Trains operators and ensures safe operation of machinery.
