Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Set-Up Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00PM - 11:30PM) to support line setup and machine maintenance. You will assemble, disassemble, and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and work with operators to ensure safe, efficient production.

Onboard with a 4–5 day program, must lift up to 50 lbs, and comply with GMPs. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of mechanical or machine operator experience.
Mechanical/electrical trade background or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain production equipment.
Set up and operate manufacturing and packaging machines.
Make adjustments and minor repairs to support productivity.
Troubleshoot setup issues and minimize downtime.
Monitor and optimize lines during production runs.
Match labels with batch records and verify accuracy.
Maintain inventory of tools and parts.
Assist operators and maintenance technicians as needed.
Create or update machine centerline procedures.
Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
