Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Power Press certification or crane/forklift license required.
• 1–3 years of experience operating automated presses or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate heavy stamping presses (400-600 ton) and CNC equipment; perform changeovers and adjustments.
• Conduct first piece inspection and periodic quality checks with precision instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot die, tooling, and machine problems.
• Operate finish systems and monitor parameters; maintain bath and chemical levels as needed.
• Complete required safety, quality, and production paperwork according to 5S standards.
