Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee daily physical security operations for a fast-growing techbio environment of about 2,000 employees. You will supervise Security Officers, manage access control, patrols, visitor management, and coordinate with lab-related emergency procedures to protect people, facilities, IP, and research environments.

The role requires strong leadership, incident command, and collaboration with EHS, Facilities, and lab teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate or physical security operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience responding to facility, laboratory, or operational emergencies.
• Strong working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV platforms, and alarm monitoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations including patrols, access control, dispatch, incident response, and escalation.
• Lead, coach, and develop Security Officers to ensure performance and procedures.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage and shift oversight.
