Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to ensure the operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems across multiple locations, including Irving, TX. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and environmental monitoring in regulated environments.

You will work with stakeholders, manage CMMS records, and coordinate with contractors to support facility operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA CFC Universal Certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMMS and building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls).
• Maintain environmental conditions in labs, warehouses, and offices.
• Perform PM and CM in CMMS; document work accurately.
• Monitor and respond to BMS/BAS alarms to ensure reliability.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for maintenance and projects.
• Support safety inspections and maintain logs and records.
