Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations including patrols, access control, dispatch, and incident response.
• Lead and develop Security Officers to ensure performance and compliance.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage, scheduling, and escalation for major events.
• Coordinate with HR, EHS, Facilities during incidents and emergencies.
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and post-incident reviews.
