St. Moritz Security Services is seeking a Security Site & Scheduling Coordinator for the Poconos Regional Office in Mount Pocono, PA. The role combines office scheduling with field supervision to ensure officers, clients, and sites receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has security or supervisory experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to travel between sites. This full-time, 2nd shift position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in security, supervisory, scheduling, or management preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites.
• Basic computer proficiency; scheduling software is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate security officers for shifts and locations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for prospective employees.
• Fill open shifts and respond to staffing needs.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure officers meet standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to security personnel.
• Maintain client communications and respond to service requests.
• Complete reports and incidents, ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and evaluations as needed.
• Support daily operations and staffing with management.
