Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and communicate with field security officers.
• Conduct site inspections and document findings electronically.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, post orders, and safety procedures.
• Respond to call-offs, no-shows, emergencies, and staffing needs.
• Fill open security posts when necessary.
• Investigate incidents and complete required reports.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, billing and administrative duties.
• Conduct orientations, training, and onboarding for new employees.
• Participate in recruiting, interviews, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Inspect worksites for safety hazards and service-quality concerns.

Additional Requirements

• Must be available for varying shifts, overtime, schedule changes, and occasional on-call emergencies
• Must be present in the field or branch office during assigned shifts
• Local and occasional long-distance travel may be required
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, drive, read reports and computer screens, and remain calm during emergencies
• Must protect confidential information and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
