Qualifications

• Black Seal License or ability to obtain one within one year of hire.
• General knowledge of cleaning and cleaning equipment.
• Experience stripping floors and operating floor machinery.
• Snow removal due to inclement weather.
• Satisfactorily completed criminal history check with fingerprinting (financial responsibility of employee).
