Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Read, understand and apply written instructions including work procedures, product labels, MSDS, and equipment manuals.
• Follow safety procedures; identify and report hazards.
• Move and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work with limited direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax floors and operate heavy floor care equipment.
• Shovel snow and ice from sidewalks.
• Disinfect and clean restrooms, fountains, sinks, windows, fixtures and equipment.
• Move and arrange office furniture and equipment for events.
• Check security and report hazards; turn off lights and lock doors on leaving building.
