Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience using a band saw.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets basic blueprints.
• Maintains inventory and daily stock reports.
• Operates automatic vertical band saw safely.
• Unloads raw materials and stores them properly.
• Maintains equipment and a clean, safe work area.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance on saws.
• Adheres to safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Operates forklift and assists in material handling.
• Maintains records and meets production schedules.
• Works with team to achieve related results.
